If you’re passionate about freediving and feel ready to take it to the next level, becoming an instructor might be your next big step. It’s a meaningful and fulfilling journey that not only deepens your own skills but also gives you the chance to inspire and guide others in discovering what they’re capable of in the water.

Earning your AIDA Instructor certification involves meeting some key performance requirements:
– Holding your breath for at least 4 minutes,
– Swimming 90 meters underwater with fins, and
– Completing a 40-meter dive in open water.

This certification opens the door to a new chapter in your freediving journey—where you go from student to mentor, sharing your passion and knowledge with others.

Important:

Highly recommended: As an Instructor candidate, you will have the possibility to assist and practice teaching under our instructors supervision during your internship. We recommend minimum 4 weeks internship and training to get experience in both teaching and building your freediving abilities. Please contact us for more details.
