AIDA 1 is designed for absolute beginners with no previous experience in freediving. Whether you’re curious about breath-hold diving, want to improve your comfort in the water, or are simply looking for a new underwater adventure — this is your starting point.
What You’ll Learn:
Introduction to Freediving
Understand the philosophy, history, and disciplines of freediving.
Breathing & Relaxation Techniques
Learn the basics of breathing control, relaxation, and how to prepare your body and mind before a dive.
Safety & Buddy Procedures

Confined Water Practice
Practice static apnea (breath-hold without moving) and improve water comfort in a pool or shallow water setting.
Open Water Experience
