- Take your freediving deeper — improve technique, efficiency, and safety.The Molchanovs Wave 2 / Lap 2 course is designed for freedivers who are comfortable in the water and want to refine their skills, go deeper, and dive longer with more control and confidence. This course builds on the fundamentals of Wave 1 and introduces advanced equalization and training methods.What You’ll Learn:
- Advanced breathing and relaxation techniques for longer breath-holds
- Efficient finning and streamlined body positioning
- Deeper dives up to 24–30m (79–98ft)
- Frenzel equalization for deeper, more comfortable descents
- Rescue techniques at greater depths
- Mental strategies for calm, focus, and progress
- Wave 2: Includes both pool and open water sessions
- Lap 2: Pool-only version focused on static and dynamic training (STA and DYNB)
- Static Apnea (STA): 2 minutes 30 seconds
- Dynamic Apnea (DYNB): 50 meters
- Constant Weight (CWTB): 24–30 meters
- Rescue: From 15 meters
- Molchanovs Wave 1 / Lap 1 or equivalent certification (e.g. AIDA 2, SSI Level 1, PADI Freediver)
- Comfort in open water and basic Frenzel technique
